Sales and Refund Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the shopbelaz.com website (the “Store”). By using, placing an order, or making a purchase at the Store, you agree to the Sales and Refund Terms and Conditions set forth below (“Terms”) along with our Privacy Notice and Website Terms of Use.


These Terms constitute a binding legal contract between us. These Terms apply to all offers, sales, and purchases from the Store or other websites or mobile applications that link to or reference these Terms.

We attempt to describe the products that are available for purchase through the Store as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, prices, anticipated delivery dates, and representations about availability made or referred to on the Store are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free. If a product offered in the Store is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

While we make every effort to ensure that items appearing on the Store are available, we cannot guarantee that all items are in stock or immediately available when you submit your order. We may reject your order (without liability) for any or no reason in our sole discretion. If this is the case, we will refund any prior payment that you have made for that item.

User Accounts

When using the Store, you may choose to either create a user account with the Store (“Store Account”) to store your information for future visits, or you may check out as a guest. Some items on the Store may only be purchased by individuals who have a Store Account, and we may require you to meet other criteria. See Store Help for details.

Product Information

Occasionally, there may be information on our Store that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, anticipated delivery dates, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Store is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order via the Store).

Prices and Payment Terms

For customers prices do not include shipping and handling or expedited service fees and these costs will be added to your total price at checkout. Customers in certain countries may be required to pay value added taxes, sales tax, and customs duties for the products they purchase. 

If the price of a product is obviously incorrect, regardless of whether it is an error in a price posted on the Store or otherwise communicated to you, then we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your order and refund to you the amount that you paid, regardless of how the error occurred. A contract between us will only be formed after you have ordered your product(s), you have confirmed your acceptance to these Terms, we have received payment, and we email you confirming the transaction (which is our acceptance of the transaction). We reserve the right to reject or cancel your transaction without reason at any time, provided that if we reject or cancel a transaction after payment has been made, we will return such payment.

Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Period. All items are encouraged to be returned or exchanged within 10 calendar days after the date you received the item. 

How to Return or Exchange an Item. To return or exchange an item you ordered online or over the phone, please contact Customer Support for instructions and to obtain a return authorization number. You may return or exchange an item by mail, or, if the item is sold at your local distribution store, the distribution store, in its sole discretion, may agree to receive the item.

Unless we made an error with your order, the item was defective or we provide you with a return label, you will be required to pay return shipping for your return or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip.

Unless a product is defective or a garment item does not fit, returns and exchanges will only be accepted if:

The item is in new condition;

The item is returned with all original packaging and accessories;

Media items (for example, music and movies) are unopened and still in their plastic wrap; and Clothing is unworn.

Refunds. Refunds will generally be issued in the same method and currency of payment as the original payment, but we may choose, in our sole discretion, to issue refunds in another form or currency as we deem appropriate. If you return an item purchased online or over the phone to a distribution store, the amount of your refund will be limited to the current selling price of that item in the distribution store.

Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items. If an item you ordered is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not arrive, we will, at your option, replace the item at no cost to you (provided the item is available) or refund the full purchase price, including the shipping and handling expenses you incurred. Please contact Customer Support to arrange for a replacement or refund. Requests to replace defective, damaged, or missing items must be made within 90 calendar days of the day you ordered the item.

For food storage items, refunds or replacements will only be given for the portion of the order that is damaged.

Personalized or Customized Items. Unless there was an error with your order or the item is defective, items that have been personalized or customized may not be returned or exchanged.

Garments. If you are unsure of your size, test the fit with one item before opening others. Please contact Customer Support if you receive defective garments or the wrong size.

Other Goods. Please contact Customer Support if you do not receive an issue of a magazine or if you are not satisfied with your magazine purchase. Under certain circumstances, the magazine subscription can be canceled and a refund received for any remaining issues.

The places that we deliver to are listed on the Store ("Territory"). Delivery will be to a valid address within the Territory submitted by you. You must check the delivery address on any order acknowledgement we provide and notify us of errors or omissions as soon as possible. The risk of loss of or damage and title to the products passes to you when the items are delivered to you.


Materials found at this Store may not be reproduced by media personnel for use in traditional public news forums unless otherwise indicated. You may not transmit or distribute material from this Store to other websites or on a computer network without our permission. You may not use this Store or information found at this website for selling or promoting products or services, soliciting clients, or any other commercial purpose.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve sole discretion and the right to deny, revoke, or limit use of this Store.


This Store is directed to adults and is not intended for children under the age of 13.

You may not share your account password with anyone or use another's account to purchase items from the Store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords associated with your Store Account, monitor all activity under the account, and assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We may at any time modify, discontinue, or suspend the operation of this website and the Store, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you.

These Terms may change from time to time, so please review them upon submission of each order, even if you have reviewed them before. Your establishment of a Store Account or your purchase of products or services from the Store constitutes your acceptance to those changes.

We may engage the services of subcontractors or agents to assist us in the performance of our obligations related to these Terms. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms, and any purported assignment or transfer shall be void.

We, in our sole discretion, may terminate these Terms with you for any or no cause, at any time, by written notice to you, which shall be effective immediately or as specified in the notice. Notice will be sent to the contact information specified in your Store Account or provided by you at the time of checkout. After termination, you shall no longer have access to the Store. The provisions of these Terms, which by their intent or meaning are intended to survive such termination, shall continue to apply indefinitely.

These Terms have been prepared in the English language but may be translated into other languages for convenience or other purposes. In the event of a conflict between the version in English and any other language, the English version shall prevail.
